KITA Group and Central Retail Vietnam have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation to develop and operate shopping centers and integrated supermarkets within KITA Group’s real estate projects nationwide.
This collaboration marks an important milestone in the effort to enhance the quality of life for Vietnamese people, creating modern shopping and entertainment complexes right at the core of urban developments, contributing to local economic growth and delivering outstanding value to residential communities.
Milestone cooperation between KITA Group and Central Retail Vietnam
Through cooperation with a leading retail group from Thailand, KITA Group continues to affirm its commitment to the philosophy of “Building Trust, Creating Companionship” by partnering with reputable organizations to develop a comprehensive amenity ecosystem and enhance the value of KITA living spaces.
At the event, KITA Group and Central Retail Vietnam also officially signed their first project: the cooperation to develop a go! supermarket at KITA Aqua Avenue – the most important and largest-scale township project of KITA Group in Vinh Long.
KITA Aqua Avenue spans nearly 50 hectares and boasts a “diamond” location fronting National Highway 1A. Its name is inspired by the abundant flow of the adjacent Bo Ke River, embodying the investor’s dedication and vision for the project.
The presence of a go! supermarket at the heart of KITA Aqua Avenue will serve as clear evidence of the urban development philosophy that places people at the center, creating tangible values and benefits for both the residential community and the local area.
Currently, KITA Group is recognized as a reputable real estate investor and developer in Vietnam, with a total land bank exceeding 1,000 hectares across the country, shaping exemplary mega townships and introducing distinctive new living standards.
