KITA Group, in coordination with the project owner, has officially handed over ownership certificates to customers of the GIA by KITA project, located within the Nam Thang Long – Ciputra mega-urban complex.
Recently, real estate developer KITA Group completed the handover of land-use right certificates, ownership certificates for residential houses, and other assets attached to the land to customers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong (from Hai Duong) is among the first customers to receive the ownership certificate. She shared that purchasing a GIA by KITA villa was one of the most significant decisions she made this year. The businesswoman expressed her satisfaction with the project’s quality and amenities, particularly highlighting the security, privacy, and refined residential community that GIA by KITA aims to cultivate.

According to the project developer’s representative, the fact that GIA by KITA has completed all legal procedures and is able to hand over ownership certificates to customers on schedule has strengthened buyers’ confidence. In the context of recent challenges in the real estate market—where the supply of low-rise housing has been increasingly scarce—the handover of villa ownership certificates by KITA Group is regarded as a positive highlight for the market.

GIA by KITA is developed under a semi-compound model. Each villa in the BT5 subdivision ranges from 140 to 318 square meters, comprising two types: detached villas and townhouses. Each unit features European-style architecture with spacious and well-equipped interiors, including one basement, three above-ground floors, and a rooftop level, fully accommodating functional areas such as dining room, living room, and kitchen. All rooms are designed with balconies and large windows to maximize natural light and open views toward lush green gardens.
The project offers a healthy living environment in close harmony with nature. In addition, GIA by KITA benefits from comprehensive transportation and infrastructure advantages within the Nam Thang Long – Ciputra urban area, with access to international schools, shopping centers, sports facilities, swimming pools, and children’s playgrounds—meeting the living, recreational, and educational needs of all family members.

The project developer’s representative stated that this subdivision, combining modern design, diverse amenities, and green living spaces, is not only a premium residential destination but also a symbol of prosperity and a new lifestyle in the West Lake West area.
Across all projects developed by KITA Group, customer interests are always prioritized. The developer continuously works with investors to resolve outstanding issues, accelerate completion progress, and ensure timely handover of homes and ownership certificates as committed.
The roadmap for handing over ownership certificates at the GIA by KITA villa compound is a clear testament to KITA Group’s determination and efforts in developing model urban areas and residential communities, while enhancing property value within the high-end real estate segment.
As the strategic banking partner of the GIA by KITA project, VPBank provides a range of financial solutions, including preferential homebuyer financing with interest rates starting from 6.5% to 8.1% for loan packages of up to 36 months, loan tenors of up to 25 years, and financing of up to 70% of the property value.
