On the morning of August 3, 2024, the Stella Icon Luxury Apartment Project, part of the KITA Airport City Urban Complex, was officially launched. The project is invested by KITA Invest, with KITA Group serving as the project developer. With a total investment of approximately VND 440 billion, Stella Icon is scheduled for completion and handover in Q1/2026. At the ceremony, KITA Group also officially announced the KITA Airport City brand, replacing the former name Stella Mega City.

Stella Icon marks the first driving force in the new development phase of KITA Airport City. Stella Icon occupies a prime location at the core of the 150-hectare KITA Airport City, fronting Lac Long Quan Street and directly connecting to two major arterial roads in Binh Thuy District—Vo Van Kiet and Le Hong Phong, which serve as key transportation corridors linking Can Tho with other Mekong Delta provinces.
The Stella Icon project (legal name: Stella 360 – Ngoi Sao 360 Apartment Building) received investment policy approval and investor approval on July 6, 2022, under Decision No. 1948/QD-UBND issued by the Can Tho City People’s Committee, along with Construction Permit No. 05/GPXD issued by the Can Tho Department of Construction on July 25, 2024.
The project is developed on Plot No. 690, Map Sheet No. 39, in accordance with the 1/500 master plan of the residential area in Binh Thuy Ward, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City. The project has also received clearance approval for aviation height restrictions from the Department of Operations (Document No. 434/TC-QC, dated August 28, 2019), as well as environmental impact assessment approval under Decision No. 1145/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2021.
Delivering remarks at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Tan Hien – Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Can Tho City People’s Committee, stated:
“The Stella 360 Apartment Project is located within a rapidly developing residential area with strong advantages in transportation, tourism, culture, proximity to administrative offices, schools, hospitals, Hung Kings Temple, Binh Thuy District Square, Tra Noc Industrial Park, Can Tho International Airport, and port and logistics infrastructure. With these significant advantages, I am confident that this more than 150-hectare urban area invested by KITA Group will soon become operational, attracting a modern, civilized urban population, enhancing urban space in line with planning orientations, and contributing to the socio-economic development of Can Tho City.”
