Ho Chi Minh City Approves Investment Policy for The Stella 79 Project on Vo Van Kiet Boulevard

On March 19, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee issued a document approving the investment policy and at the same time recognizing Phuoc Long Construction Services Co., Ltd. as the investor of The Stella 79 project. This project is adjacent to The Stella 69, forming a project complex located at a prime position along the western boulevard of Ho Chi Minh City, developed by KITA Group.

Previously, on June 30, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee had approved the investment policy and appointed KITA Group as the investor of The Stella 69 – the first component project within the complex. According to the developer, KITA Group, the approval of the investment policy and investor for The Stella 79 marks an important legal milestone in the development roadmap of ANSANA by KITA Urban Area (the commercial name for the The Stella 69 and The Stella 79 project cluster).

The continuity between The Stella 69 and The Stella 79 demonstrates that the legal procedures for the entire development are being implemented in a structured and synchronized manner. Notably, The Stella 69 has completed several key milestones, including the 1/500 detailed planning, and is preparing to enter the construction phase.

ANSANA by KITA Urban Area is located along Vo Van Kiet Boulevard – a major arterial route connecting the western area to the city center of Ho Chi Minh City. The project is planned on a land area of approximately 2.43 hectares and is being developed into a mixed-use complex comprising commercial, service, and residential components. It will include four 24-story buildings, supplying around 1,500 apartments to the market.

With a well-structured development orientation, the continuous completion of legal procedures for each component project not only ensures transparency but also strengthens market confidence, especially as buyers increasingly prioritize projects with clear legal status.
