JOY AHEAD OF THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON – KITA GROUP CONTINUES HANDING OVER LAND USE RIGHT CERTIFICATES AT KITA AIRPORT CITY PROJECT

On January 24, 2024, KITA Group continued the handover of Land Use Right Certificates (LURCs) to customers at the KITA Airport City Mega Urban Project in Can Tho. Taking place just ahead of the Lunar New Year of the Dragon, the event brought great joy to customers and marked a positive start to a promising new year for the project.

Amid the joyful atmosphere of the handover ceremony, Ms. Thanh Nga (Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho) shared: “I sincerely thank KITA Group for delivering the red book on schedule. Initially, we bought the property for investment purposes, but after witnessing the rapid development of the mega urban area, our family has decided to move here to live. The living environment, landscape, and amenities are truly wonderful.”

According to economists, 2024 is expected to witness a gradual recovery of the real estate market. In addition, the official inauguration and operation of two major transportation projects—My Thuan 2 Bridge and the My Thuan–Can Tho Expressway on December 24, 2023—have completed the 120 km Ho Chi Minh City–Can Tho expressway route. This has reduced travel time from 3.5 hours to just 2 hours, facilitating mobility and trade, strengthening regional connectivity, and opening up new investment opportunities for investors from Ho Chi Minh City seeking high-potential assets at KITA Airport City, an area undergoing rapid urbanization with strong infrastructure investment and significant growth prospects.
