On March 30, 2022, KITA Group Investment and Real Estate Development Corporation donated VND 5 billion to build 100 gratitude houses in support of the “Gratitude and Remembrance” Fund, the “For the Poor” Fund, and social welfare programs launched by the Vinh Long Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Attending the event was Mr. Bui Van Nghiem, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Tran Tan Hong Cuong, Deputy General Director of KITA Group, representing the Group, presented the donation of VND 5 billion for the construction of 100 gratitude houses under the initiative of the Vinh Long Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Motivated by the desire to fulfill its social responsibility and contribute to helping the province achieve its goal of eliminating temporary housing for poor households, as well as responding to the call of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long Province, KITA Group had the opportunity to donate 100 gratitude houses worth VND 5 billion to disadvantaged residents living in Vinh Long.
This contribution reflects KITA Group’s spirit of solidarity and compassion, joining hands for the poor and ensuring that no one is left behind. The Group hopes that these modest yet meaningful homes will help families feel warmth and security, provide shelter from the elements, ease daily hardships, and serve as motivation for them to improve their lives.
According to upcoming plans, KITA Group will develop a modern urban project in Vinh Long with a total area of more than 49 hectares. Through this project, the Group aims to contribute to local economic development, create employment opportunities, and help transform the urban landscape of the province.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Ho Van Huan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, called on all social groups, including citizens, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, enterprises, organizations, individuals, benefactors inside and outside the province, and Vinh Long natives living abroad, to contribute according to their conditions and capabilities to the “Gratitude and Remembrance” Fund, the “For the Poor” Fund, and social welfare programs in 2022, thereby actively contributing to caring for people with meritorious services, carrying out charitable and humanitarian activities, and ensuring social security.
