Recently, KITA Invest Joint Stock Company (a member of KITA Group) officially signed a cooperation agreement with the China Academy of Building Research (CABR) to provide architectural design consultancy services for the mixed-use commercial, office, and high-rise residential complex located at CT05-HH and CT06-HH land plots in Nam Thang Long Urban Area (hereinafter referred to as the “CT05 and CT06 Projects”).
The CT05 and CT06 Projects are commercial service and luxury apartment complexes belonging to the ultra-luxury real estate line under the brand GIA by KITA, located within the Ciputra Urban Area. Invested in by KITA Invest, the projects cover a total area of 59,600 square meters, comprising 10 towers rising 40 stories high, with more than 2,000 apartments, penthouses, and shophouses adjacent to a 65-hectare central park.
The China Academy of Building Research (CABR), also known as Zhong Jian Yuan, is the largest comprehensive R&D institution in China’s construction and urban development sector. With a team of leading experts and an advanced research system, CABR is renowned for its involvement in many iconic global landmarks, such as the Beijing National Stadium (“Bird’s Nest”), China Central Television (CCTV) Headquarters, and the China National Convention Center, among others.

This partnership marks an important milestone in KITA Group’s development strategy for the CT05 and CT06 Projects.
