KITA GROUP PRESENTS GIFTS TO POLICY FAMILIES IN DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES IN CO TO DISTRICT

On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2023), on the afternoon of July 13, KITA Group, in coordination with Xay Dung Newspaper and the People’s Committee of Co To District (Quang Ninh Province), organized a gift-giving ceremony for policy families facing difficult circumstances in the locality.

This is one of the meaningful annual activities organized by Xay Dung Newspaper in commemoration of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), reflecting the Vietnamese tradition of gratitude and remembrance toward families of those who rendered meritorious service to the nation.

At the ceremony, KITA Group, together with Xay Dung Newspaper and the People’s Committee of Co To District, presented 40 gift packages to policy families and disadvantaged households in the area, each valued at VND 1 million. In addition, the delegation donated 10 RO clean water filtration systems to the district authorities for installation at selected schools and medical stations on the island.

A representative of KITA Group shared: “As part of our ‘Returning to the Roots’ program, KITA Group would like to present these small gifts to local residents on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27. Through this activity, we hope to encourage people to overcome difficulties together and contribute to building a more prosperous and thriving Co To.”

This initiative stands as a practical and meaningful activity by KITA Group, contributing to the effective implementation of the Party’s and State’s policies toward people with meritorious service to the revolution, while upholding the cherished Vietnamese tradition of “remembering the source of our gratitude.”
