KITA Group signs comprehensive strategic partnership with Shenzhen General Institute Of Architectural Design And Research

Following a business trip by its leadership team to China, on March 25, KITA Group officially signed a comprehensive strategic partnership with Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd.

The signing marks the outcome of on-site surveys conducted by the Institute, along with in-depth discussions between the two parties on the development orientation of real estate projects integrated with public transportation systems—particularly metro lines and urban railways, which are key drivers in shaping sustainable urban development.

With extensive experience in implementing large-scale projects in Shenzhen and other rapidly growing cities in China, the international partner is highly regarded for its capabilities in master planning, infrastructure development, and the design of modern urban complexes. This collaboration is expected to help KITA Group optimize spatial planning, enhance usability, and strengthen the competitiveness of its projects.

In the initial phase, both parties will focus on researching and developing key projects such as Metro Line No. 7 associated with the TOD Phong Phu urban development plan, the Golden Hills urban area, and assessing the development potential of future urban projects.

The signing of this comprehensive strategic partnership not only reflects KITA Group’s long-term vision in collaborating with reputable international partners but also reaffirms its commitment to developing projects that meet international standards, aiming to create modern, sustainable living spaces and deliver long-term value to the community.
