KITA Group Sponsors Multiple Social Welfare Projects in Hau Giang Province

On November 14, representatives of KITA Group Investment and Real Estate Development Corporation (KITA Group), in coordination with local authorities of Chau Thanh A District, handed over 12 gratitude houses to policy-beneficiary families and inaugurated three rural traffic bridges in Vi Thuy District, with a total value of VND 1.5 billion.

Representatives of KITA Group visited and presented gratitude and compassion houses in Chau Thanh A District, Hau Giang Province.

In Thanh Xuan Commune, Chau Thanh A District, Hau Giang Province, the delegation visited and handed over 12 gratitude and compassion houses to policy-beneficiary families and disadvantaged households in the area, with a total implementation cost of VND 600 million.

Upon receiving her new, well-built home, Ms. Duong Thi Hoang (a martyr’s daughter) emotionally expressed her gratitude to local authorities and sponsor KITA Group for their care and support. She shared that having a stable place to live would be a strong motivation for her family to strive to improve their lives and keep pace with other households in the community.

On the same day, in Vinh Trung Commune, Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province, representatives of KITA Group, together with local authorities, also held an inauguration ceremony for three bridges spanning Xom Hue Canal, namely Ong Hung Bridge, 3 Loi Bridge, and 6 Minh Bridge.

The bridges were constructed with lengths ranging from 16 to 25 meters and a width of 3.5 meters, using reinforced concrete structures, with a total construction cost of VND 900 million. Once put into use, these solid bridges will facilitate travel and goods transportation for local residents, contributing to the promotion of economic, cultural, and social development in the area.

Previously, KITA Group had also sponsored the construction of several similar bridges in Long My Town and Long My District, Hau Giang Province.

KITA Group sponsors the construction of numerous sturdy bridges in remote communes of Hau Giang Province, contributing to local economic, cultural, and social development.

Speaking at the house handover and bridge inauguration ceremony, Mr. Do Huu Phuoc, Communications Director of KITA Group, stated that throughout its investment and business journey, KITA Group has always placed special emphasis on social welfare programs, thereby demonstrating the company’s responsibility toward the community.

“Hau Giang is one of the most recently re-established provinces in the Mekong Delta. Many remote communes here still face significant hardships, with residents’ livelihoods remaining difficult and infrastructure developing more slowly than in other regions. Therefore, although KITA Group has not yet implemented any investment projects in Hau Giang, we still chose this locality to support numerous social welfare projects, with the sole desire of contributing alongside local authorities to improving the living conditions of the people here day by day,” Mr. Phuoc shared.

Currently, KITA Group is the developer of Stella Mega City, the largest-scale urban project in Can Tho City. Upon completion of its infrastructure, Stella Mega City is expected to become one of the most vibrant mega-urban areas, contributing to transforming the urban landscape of Can Tho.
