KITA Group Sponsors the Construction of a Rural Bridge in Hau Giang

On May 6, KITA Group Joint Stock Company (KITA Group), in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long My District, Hau Giang Province, held the groundbreaking ceremony for Ut Xiep Bridge in Vinh Vien A Commune, Long My District.

The bridge is designed with a length of 25 meters and a width of 3.5 meters, built with reinforced concrete structure, at a total cost of VND 300 million, fully sponsored by KITA Group to replace the deteriorated wooden bridge.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the project.

Mr. Tong Hoang Khoi, Secretary of the Long My District Party Committee, stated that Vinh Vien A is a remote area and a former revolutionary base that still faces many difficulties. The locality is very pleased to receive KITA Group’s support for the construction of this community bridge. Having a new, solid concrete bridge not only facilitates convenient travel for local residents but also promotes the transportation of goods, contributing to local socio-economic development.

“Alongside our business activities, KITA Group always pays special attention to social welfare programs, thereby demonstrating our responsibility to the community. We hope to share support with disadvantaged areas and contribute to bringing a better life to society,” shared Mr. Do Huu Phuoc, Communications Director of KITA Group.

Previously, KITA Group also sponsored the construction of community bridges in other areas of Hau Giang Province, including Vinh Trung Commune, Vi Thuy District, and Long My Town.
