Starting from June 9, 2021, KITA Land (a member of KITA Group) continued the handover of Land Use Right Certificates to customers who purchased products at the Golden Hills project in Da Nang. This event not only further strengthened customers’ confidence in the project but also reaffirmed the credibility of KITA Land as the project developer in honoring its commitments to customers.

Customers of the Golden Hills project expressed their satisfaction with the credibility of KITA Land.
From its launch, the Golden Hills integrated eco-urban area has consistently made a strong impression on the market, thanks in part to its transparent and complete legal framework as well as its rapid development progress. The project covers a total area of nearly 400 hectares, comprising six subdivisions and an island area, with full functions such as shopping centers, entertainment areas, and schools. Located at the northwestern gateway of Da Nang City along the extended Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal road, Golden Hills also benefits from well-developed social and transportation infrastructure in the area.
At present, the Golden Hills project has completed site clearance procedures in accordance with regulations and finalized infrastructure works, including electricity and water systems, stormwater drainage, wastewater drainage, street lighting, curbs, sidewalks, and internal road networks.
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has continued to evolve in a complex manner, many real estate enterprises have encountered legal obstacles leading to delays in certificate handovers. However, KITA Land has still proceeded with notarization and transfer of land use rights on schedule as committed to customers who purchased products at the Golden Hills project. This not only brings peace of mind and satisfaction to customers but also strongly affirms KITA Land’s reputation for protecting customer interests when investing in products developed by the company.

Complete legal documentation and on-time handover are key factors contributing to the growing reputation of KITA Land.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Nam (Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City), a customer who purchased a product at the Golden Hills project, shared: “I feel very satisfied and more confident knowing that the handover was carried out on schedule. A few years ago, I learned about the Golden Hills project through official media channels and recognized its credibility thanks to transparent legal status, on-time handover, a professional team, and strong investment potential, so I decided to invest. Especially during this recent wave of the pandemic, investors like me were worried about delays that could affect our plans. However, KITA Land has still fulfilled its commitments, allowing me and other investors to remain proactive and completely confident in investing here.”
Eligible customers are handed over full management and usage rights of the land plots they have transacted, in accordance with the project’s master plan. Customers wishing to build homes on their plots receive construction support from KITA Land, the project developer.
With its outstanding advantages, competitive pricing, clear and transparent legal status, and a diverse product portfolio, the Golden Hills eco-urban area offers an ideal choice for both comfortable living and high-return investment opportunities for customers and business investors.
Real estate is one of the key sectors contributing to economic development; creating high-quality real estate projects also means contributing to society. KITA Land is committed to creating sustainable living environments while opening up new investment opportunities, thereby contributing to community service and social welfare in line with the company’s operating philosophy, consistently upheld since its establishment.
The handover events were conducted in strict compliance with regulations issued by the Government, the Ministry of Health, and Da Nang City regarding COVID-19 prevention and control. KITA Land proactively implemented preventive measures, including regular disinfection of working and transaction areas; cleaning high-contact public surfaces such as door handles and service counters; providing protective equipment for staff and customers such as masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves; enforcing mandatory preventive measures for all employees and requesting customer cooperation; and arranging handover schedules with no more than 10 people at a time.
