On May 28, KITA Land, the project developer under KITA Group, held the topping-out ceremony for the Golden Hills Eco-Urban Area in Hoa Vang District, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.
Accordingly, five blocks in zones B.287, B.29, B.30, B.36, and B.37 have been topped out, comprising a total of 60 commercial townhouses (shophouses). Each shophouse features four floors and comes in two land sizes: 120 m² (5 x 24 m) and 180 m² (7.5 x 24 m), with frontage widths ranging from 5 to 7.5 meters. All five shophouse blocks are located along wide internal roads and are surrounded by abundant greenery.

The Golden Hills project has completed its infrastructure system, including electricity, water supply, stormwater drainage, wastewater drainage, street lighting poles, curbs, sidewalks, and internal roads. Blocks B.36 and B.37 are expected to be handed over to customers by the end of June 2020.
Golden Hills is one of the real estate projects with transparent and secure legal status. The project already holds land use right certificates, and its infrastructure has been fully completed. The urban area features international-standard master planning and well-structured infrastructure investment. The project also ensures construction progress and on-time handover commitments thanks to the efforts of the construction teams, the developer’s capabilities, and the credibility of the investor.

The project’s construction team
On April 23, the Da Nang City People’s Committee approved, in line with the proposal of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the issuance of more than 300 land use right certificates based on the 1/500 detailed construction master plan for Trung Nam Joint Stock Company (Trungnam Group), the investor of the Golden Hills Eco-Urban Area project.
Accordingly, the project was permitted to subdivide and issue more than 300 land use right certificates, and KITA Land, as the project developer, began on-site handovers to many customers from the end of April 2020. In the current handover phase, 132 land plots have been handed over to eligible customers. As of May 25, 2020, 64 products had completed the handover procedures.
Eligible customers receiving handover are granted full rights to manage and use the transacted land plots in accordance with the project’s approved planning. Customers wishing to build houses on their plots receive construction support from KITA Land, the project developer.
On the afternoon of April 14, a representative of the Da Nang Department of Construction announced that the department had issued an official document approving the addition of an overpass to the southern bypass route of the Hai Van Tunnel – Tuy Loan section, funded entirely by enterprise capital. At the same time, the department also approved the proposal by Trung Nam Land (under Trung Nam Group) regarding the investment capital for constructing the overpass to serve connectivity between Zones D and E of the Golden Hills City project.
To date, KITA Land and Trung Nam Group—the project investor—have completed the investment and construction of technical infrastructure such as site grading, roads, street lighting, domestic electricity, water supply, wastewater drainage, stormwater drainage, landscaping, and utility connections in several areas of Zone B and Zone C. The first phase of land title subdivision was completed on April 1, 2019, for certain lots in Zones B1 and C1. Subsequently, the second phase of subdivision dossiers for products in Zone C1 was submitted to the Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment on October 8, 2019. Meanwhile, KITA Land is actively and urgently completing the remaining legal procedures to ensure the project fully meets all conditions and is handed over to customers in accordance with agreed commitments.
