The Stella Premier subdivision boasts a prime location with a scale of 35 hectares, offering a diverse range of products to the market, including apartments and shophouses.

KITA Airport City urban township is strategically located in Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City. The project spans a total area of 150 hectares, developed by KITA Group, and is master-planned with a full range of modern living amenities. The developer aims to position Stella Mega City as a “star” urban township of Can Tho and the wider Mekong Delta region.

Among its components, the newly launched Stella Premier subdivision is one of the most valuable and premium precincts of the project, featuring livable amenities and reflecting the developer’s long-term vision for prosperous growth.

Located at the very core of KITA Airport City, Stella Premier covers an area of 35 hectares. Its main axis lies along Dang Van Day Street, connecting Vo Van Kiet and Le Hong Phong Boulevards—two major arterial roads leading directly into the city center.

Thanks to its central position, the largest amenities of the urban township are concentrated within Stella Premier, including a central park and square, a golf practice area, and the largest administrative complex of Binh Thuy District. In the future, this subdivision is expected to host vibrant cultural and sporting activities such as music live shows, light performances, and street festivals, attracting large numbers of visitors from across the Mekong Delta during holidays and special occasions.

Six high-end apartment towers with more than 3,000 units will be developed within the subdivision, accompanied by a synchronized amenity system and premium property management services, meeting the modern and convenient living needs of residents in the Mekong Delta. From the township, residents can also easily access a wide range of external entertainment and leisure facilities.

Aspiring to Become the “Financial Hub” of the Mekong Delta

Accordingly, the main thoroughfare of the subdivision—Dang Van Day Street—will be planned with 229 large-frontage shophouse units, oriented to become a bustling commercial and financial boulevard featuring the presence of numerous banks and major corporate offices across the Mekong Delta. Trade and business flows will be seamlessly connected along this central axis, extending from Vo Van Kiet Boulevard to Le Hong Phong Street through vibrant commercial activities.

One of the highlights of Stella Premier is the commercial floor area within the six high-rise towers. The three podium levels of the tower complex are designed to form the Stella Mega Mall shopping center, with an estimated total floor area of up to 75,000 square meters.

Once operational, Stella Mega Mall is expected to become a major commercial hub of the Mekong Delta provinces, bringing together international corporate offices as well as renowned fashion, consumer, and F&B brands.

Bustling commercial streets, a large-scale shopping mall, and a modern lifestyle are set to become the defining features that make Stella Premier the most valuable subdivision within the project.

Can Tho is currently a centrally governed Class I city, serving as the economic and administrative hub of the Mekong Delta region. According to the master plan, the traditional Ninh Kieu – Binh Thuy urban area belongs to the central urban zone of Can Tho City and is one of the key economic centers and major hubs for regional and international transportation.
