STELLA MEGA CITY HONORED WITH “MOST LIVABLE PROJECT 2020” AWARD

Stella Mega City Can Tho is honored to receive the certificate for “Most Livable Project 2020” at the Most Livable Project 2020 Awards Program, held on July 9.

The event took place in Hanoi and was organized by the Business Forum Magazine under the direction of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Mr. Do Huu Phuoc – Communications Director of KITA Group – received the “Most Livable Project 2020” award on behalf of Stella Mega City.

This award holds great significance for KITA Group (the project developer) and Stella Mega City, serving as strong motivation for the developer to continue striving to perfect an ideal place to live in the heart of Can Tho City.

At the event, Mr. Do Huu Phuoc, Communications Director of KITA Group, shared: “Stella Mega City currently features clusters of amenities for entertainment, healthcare, education, and commerce. Most notably, it integrates hospitals, schools from primary to high school levels, and open-designed, multifunctional shophouses. KITA Group’s mission is to create high-quality projects that serve as ideal living spaces for residents and offer strong potential opportunities for customers and investors. However, we do not focus solely on business performance; contributing to society is also a core development goal of KITA Group, aiming to improve the quality of life for local residents while protecting a green, clean, and beautiful living environment and ensuring sustainable development over time.”

Stella Mega City by KITA Group successfully met stringent evaluation criteria to be honored as the Most Livable Project 2020.

Developed by KITA Group, Stella Mega City has been attracting strong attention from the investment community. It is regarded as one of the largest-scale urban projects in Can Tho in terms of investment and amenity development, with a total investment capital of up to VND 8,000 billion. Covering a total area of 150 hectares, the urban area is comprehensively developed with residential zones and amenities suitable for three-generation families.

Benefiting from the natural conditions of the Southwestern riverine region, Stella Mega City is master-planned with a system of 10,000 trees interwoven throughout the project. Greenery is present in every space, acting as an effective air filter that maintains a fresh and pure environment, in stark contrast to the bustling development outside.

The Japanese Zen Garden is a prominent green feature within the project’s system of 10,000 internal trees.

Notably, The Central sub-zone—the heart of the project—features a natural water system by leveraging the flow of the Hau River and Binh Thuy River. This distinctive feature allows residents to enjoy fresh air naturally regulated by the surrounding major river systems.

Stella Mega City also enjoys a prime location, approximately 4 km from Can Tho city center, about 2 km from Can Tho International Airport, and close to the administrative center of Binh Thuy District, schools, medical facilities, and other key services.

The project significantly benefits from local advantages. With breakthrough infrastructure development, an average economic growth rate of 7.5%, and abundant clean land reserves, Can Tho has become an attractive destination, fueling the resurgence of the local real estate market and emerging as a bright spot for investors. According to the Can Tho Department of Planning and Investment, in 2019 total investment capital in the city exceeded VND 52 trillion. To date, Can Tho City has 101 ongoing projects and has newly licensed 9 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a total registered capital of USD 65.28 million.

Stella Mega City is oriented toward a civilized and modern lifestyle, where residents’ physical well-being and quality of life are prioritized more than ever. With strong capabilities, credibility, and transparent business orientation, KITA Group consistently fulfills all legal obligations to its customers.

Modern and prosperous living at Stella Mega City offers residents a truly complete and convenient lifestyle experience.

Thanks to these outstanding advantages, since entering the market, Stella Mega City has contributed to reshaping the central area of Can Tho City and offering real estate investors a fresh and appealing investment choice.

KITA Group continuously strives to develop large-scale, high-quality real estate projects that are well-planned and fully equipped with amenities to meet the demand for comfortable and healthy living. All projects developed by the group boast convenient regional connectivity, diverse internal and external amenities, green spaces for health, and a wide range of multifunctional property types. Legal transparency and credibility are always top priorities.

The award program honors real estate projects that have been put into operation, are resident-oriented, and stand out in architectural design, living space, and long-term amenities. Projects must also meet strict selection criteria regarding construction quality, environmental factors, low construction density, and more. Based on these standards, the evaluation council selects awards such as Most Livable Project, Unique Architectural Project, Green Project, and Smart Project.

This year’s program brought together various real estate types, including standalone apartments, buildings, residential clusters, new urban areas, resorts, and condotel projects.

The Most Livable Project 2020 Awards featured an evaluation council comprising leading experts in urban development, planning, and real estate, including Prof. Dang Hung Vo (Former Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment), Mr. Dao Ngoc Nghiem (Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Development Planning Association), Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha (Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association), Mr. Tran Minh Tung (Deputy Head of the Faculty of Architecture, National University of Civil Engineering), Assoc.
