Integrated urban developments, tourism and resort projects, and organic agriculture are among the key sectors that KITA Group has proposed for research and investment opportunities during a working session with the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee on June 11.

The meeting was attended by leaders of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee and representatives of relevant departments and agencies, and was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee.
During the session, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai provided an overview of Lam Dong’s development potential, competitive advantages, and growth opportunities following the recent administrative restructuring. He also noted that the province has completed its Provincial Master Plan for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision toward 2050, laying an important foundation for attracting strategic investors in the years ahead.
To create new growth momentum, Lam Dong is prioritizing the implementation of key infrastructure projects, including the Bao Loc – Lien Khuong and Tan Phu – Bao Loc expressways. At the same time, the province is upgrading Lien Khuong International Airport and Phan Thiet Civil Airport to Category 4E standards, enabling them to accommodate modern wide-body aircraft.
Representing KITA Group, Mr. Nguyen Duy Kien, Chairman of the Founding Council, shared the Group’s long-term development vision and expressed its interest in exploring investment opportunities across several of the province’s key sectors.

In urban development, KITA Group aims to research and develop modern integrated urban models featuring synchronized infrastructure, services, and amenities that meet the needs of residents, vacationers, and investors alike.
In addition, high-quality eco-tourism and resort development is another sector of significant interest to the Group. With its natural landscapes, favorable climate, and distinctive cultural identity, Lam Dong offers strong potential for the development of resort complexes and nature-based experiences. In the agricultural sector, the Group plans to explore organic farming and high-tech agricultural models integrated with deep processing and agricultural brand development.

At the meeting, provincial departments and agencies assessed that the sectors proposed by KITA Group align closely with Lam Dong’s future development orientation, particularly in multifunctional urban projects, high-tech agricultural hubs, and premium tourism developments. They also encouraged the Group to expand its research into other high-potential areas across the province to further leverage its strengths and expertise.
Concluding the session, Vice Chairman Nguyen Hong Hai highly appreciated KITA Group’s interest in the locality and affirmed that the province would facilitate the Group’s continued surveys and investment research activities in accordance with legal regulations.
The Vice Chairman noted that KITA Group’s proposals are highly consistent with Lam Dong’s long-term development strategy. The province welcomes the Group’s efforts to identify suitable investment projects and is committed to providing the best possible support. Lam Dong will continue to create favorable conditions, with open and transparent policies, for KITA Group and other investors seeking investment opportunities in the province.
