On September 26, KITA Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China Railway 25 Group Co., Ltd. (a member of China Railway Construction Corporation). The signing ceremony took place as part of the visit and working program of a high-level delegation from Hanoi to Guangzhou, China, and within the framework of the Hanoi Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Conference held there.

The MoU reflects the two parties’ intention to cooperate in researching and developing urban infrastructure construction projects in Hanoi, particularly public transportation projects, housing developments, transport routes connecting Hanoi with neighboring provinces, as well as researching, developing, and implementing energy projects, with a total estimated value of USD 10 billion. In the initial phase, the two sides will cooperate in researching and developing a housing project in Hanoi with an estimated value of approximately USD 350 million.
It is known that China Railway 25 Group Co., Ltd. belongs to China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), one of the world’s Top 500 construction groups, with more than 20 subsidiaries and branches. The group’s annual construction revenue exceeds RMB 100 billion, equivalent to nearly USD 15 billion. Its overseas operations have expanded to more than 10 countries, including Belarus, Sri Lanka, Côte d’Ivoire, Russia, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Thailand, and Mexico.
