On May 22, 2026, KITA Group officially commenced construction of its Corporate Office Building. The event marks an important milestone in the Group’s long-term development strategy and reaffirms its commitment to systematic investment in building a modern, professional, and sustainable operating environment.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duy Kien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KITA Group, shared that the investment in the corporate office building represents a strategic step toward enhancing operational capacity, creating a high-quality working environment for employees, and strengthening connections within the business community.
The event was attended by leaders of Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, along with business partners, collaborating organizations, and KITA Group employees.
According to the development plan, the KITA Group Corporate Office Building is designed with a modern architectural language, highlighted by an impressive glass façade and strong design lines that create a dynamic presence within the urban landscape.
The building will feature 14 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, becoming the first office project in Ho Chi Minh City to carry KITA Group’s distinct corporate identity.
To enhance operational efficiency and user experience, the project will integrate a comprehensive range of amenities, including a garden café, green spaces, and a rooftop Sky Bar offering panoramic views of the vibrant city skyline.
All facilities are planned based on the principles of operational optimization, flexibility, and adaptability to future development needs, aligning with emerging trends in next-generation corporate workspaces.
